Terms
Last updated November 2026.
These terms cover your use of audiocomposer.io and your purchase and use of Audio Composer. By buying or using Audio Composer, you agree to them.
Buying Audio Composer
Audio Composer is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment, sales tax and VAT, and receipts, and its own buyer terms apply to the checkout. The price is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Your license key and download link arrive by email after purchase.
Requirements
Audio Composer requires Adobe Premiere Pro 25.6 or later on Windows. Please check that your setup meets this before you buy.
Your license
Your purchase gives you a license to install and use Audio Composer. Please keep your license key to yourself: don't share, sell or publish it, and don't copy, resell or redistribute the software.
Your files
Your music, sound effects and projects stay yours. Audio Composer works with the files on your computer and doesn't upload your library.
Other services
Some features connect to services you choose to use, such as ElevenLabs for generating sounds and AI apps such as Claude, Codex or Cursor. Those services have their own terms. You are responsible for your accounts with them, any credits or fees they charge, and how you use what they create.
No warranty
Audio Composer is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Audio Composer. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Trademarks
Premiere Pro is a trademark of Adobe. Audio Composer is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. Other product names belong to their owners.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
